Cancellation Policy
Soccer is played rain or shine in most countries, though we have to be respectful of weather extremes, including lightning storms, when making decisions on running our program or cancelling due to inclement conditions. Our program may be cancelled for the following reasons:
- extreme cold (i.e. below 5C)
- extreme heat (i.e. humidex is over 40C)
- thunderstorms (lightning is a serious hazard)
- extreme rainfall (heavy rain combined with cleats can ruin a field)

- email (all members will be sent a notice at least 3 hours prior)
